【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestotheemission(radiatedandconducted)ofradiofrequencydisturbancesfrom:-alllightingequipmentwithaprimaryfunctionofgeneratingand/ordistributinglightintendedforilluminationpurposes,andintendedeitherforconnectiontothelowvoltageelectricitysupplyorforbatteryoperation;-thelightingpartofmulti-functionequipmentwhereoneoftheprimaryfunctionsofthisisillumination;-independentauxiliariesexclusivelyforusewithlightingequipment;-UVandIRradiationequipment;-neonadvertisingsigns;-street/floodlightingintendedforoutdooruse;-transportlighting(installedinbusesandtrains).Excludedfromthescopeofthisstandardare:-lightingequipmentoperatingintheISMfrequencybands(asdefinedinResolution63(1979)oftheITURadioRegulation);-lightingequipmentforaircraftandairports;-apparatusforwhichtheelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirementsintheradio-frequencyrangeareexplicitlyformulatedinotherIECorCISPRstandards.NOTE-Examplesare:NOTE-built-inlightingdevicesinotherequipment,forexamplescaleilluminationorneondevices;NOTE-photocopiers;NOTE-slideprojectors;NOTE-lightingequipmentforroadvehicles.Thefrequencyrangecoveredis9kHzto400GHz.Multi-functionequipmentwhichissubjectedsimultaneouslytodifferentclausesofthisstandardand/orotherstandardsshallmeettheprovisionsofeachclause/standardwiththerelevantfunctionsinoperation.Thelimitsinthisstandardhavebeendeterminedonaprobabilisticbasistokeepthesuppressionofdisturbanceswithineconomicallyreasonablelimitswhilestillachievinganadequatelevelofradioprotectionandelectromagneticcompatibility.Inexceptionalcases,additionalprovisionsmayberequired.
