【摘要】:Itspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofmercuryindrinking,surface,groundandrainwaterusingatomicfluorescencespectrometry.Itmaybeappliedtoindustrialandmunicipalwastewaterafteranadditionaldigestionstepunderappropriateconditions.Thepotentiallineardynamicrangeisapproximately1nanogramperlitreto100microgramsperlitre.Inpractice,theworkingrangeisoftenfrom10nanogramsperlitreto10microgramsperlitre.Samplescontainingmercuryatconcentrationshigherthantheworkingrangecanbeanalysedfollowingappropriatedilutionofthesample.Themethoddetectionlimitwillbedependentontheselectedoperatingconditionsandcalibrationrange.Withhighpurityreagents,amethoddetectionlimitoflessthan1nanogramperlitreisobtainable.Therelativestandarddeviationistypicallylessthan5%forconcentrationsgreaterthantwentytimesthemethoddetectionlimit.Thesensitivityofthismethodisdependentontheselectedoperatingconditions.
