【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteand/orcalciumsilicateexamplesofwhicharelistedinannexAofthispart.Itgivesconceptsandgeneralandcommonrequirementsforthedesign,operationandmaintenanceofsuchmachines.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandmaintenance,includingtheinterfaces,ofthemachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalciumsilicate,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Parts2to8ofthisstandardgiveadditionalspecificrequirementsandthereforehavetobeappliedtogetherwiththispart.3Thepreparationofconcreteand/orcalcium-silicatemixtureandthetransportfromthemixertothemanufacturingplantarenotpartofthisEuropeanStandard(seeprEN12151:1995).Theequipmentforthetransportandhandlingofformedproducts,otherthantheintegratedtransportsystems,isnotcoveredbythisstandard.4Thosehazardsthatarerelevantforallmechanical,electrical,pneumatic,hydraulicorotherequipmentofmachineryandthataredealtwithinstandardsforcommonuse(TypeA,B1andB2standards)arenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.5Atthetimeofdrafting,machinespecificnoisetestcodesforprEN12629-2to-8arenotavailabletofulfiltherequirementsof5.7.2and7.4.2.Whentheyareavailable,theywillbeincorporatedinthesestandards.
