【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesproceduresforthedeterminationoftheretroreflectiveperformanceofpavementmarkings.Thispracticedoesnotsettheminimumretroreflectancevaluesforpavementmarkings,itdescribessamplingcriteriafordeterminingtheretroreflectivepropertiesofpavementmarkings,whichthencanbeusedtodeterminecompliancewithaspecification.Itistheresponsibilityoftheagencyhavingjurisdictiontosettheacceptableretroreflectivityvalueswithintheirownspecifications.Thispracticedoesnotpurporttoaddressalltheconcernsregardingcontaminationofthemarkings,butthefollowingmaybehelpful.Itisveryimportantthatthemarkingsbeingevaluatedarecleananddry.Iftheevaluationisbeingusedrelativetoameasureoftheperformanceofacontractor,itisimperativethatthepartiesagreebeforehandonthedefinitionofcleananddry.Therearemanyformsofcontaminationonaroadwaythatwilllowertheretroreflectivityreadingsofamarking,butnotallofthemcanberemoved.Asphaltoilandrubberskidmarksareexamples.Loosedirtcanberemovedbypressurewashing,perhapsusingsoap,brushingorhigh-pressureair,however,thesetechniquesareusuallyinsufficienttoremovedirtthatispackedintothemarkingsurface.Careshouldbetakentoselectareasthataretypicalofthemarkingsection,avoidingareasofpainttrackingorcontamination,forexample.Itmaybeusefultotakephotographsusingadigitalcameraandagoodmacrolenstobeabletoseethecontaminationonorbetweentheglassbeads.1.1Thispracticedescribesseveralfieldtechniquestoevaluatetheretroreflectivepropertiesofpavementmarkingscontainingretroreflectingoptics(forexample,centerlinesandedgelines)andappliedtotheroadsurface.Thetechniquesdescribedinthispracticecontainsamplingcriteriasuchasthelengthoftestsectionsandthenumberofmeasurementsneeded.Thepracticeisbasedonretroreflectivemeasurementsmadewithportablehand-operatedinstrumentsincompliancewithTestMethodE1710.1.2Thedataobtainedfromthispracticecanbeusedtodeterminetheacceptanceorrejectionofaprojectbasedonspecifiedlevelsofretroreflectivityestablishedbytheagencyhavingjurisdiction.1.3Thispracticecanbeusedfortheevaluationofnewlyinstalledorexistingpavementmarkings.Whentestingnewlyappliedpavementmarkings,itisrecommendedthattheevaluationbedonenosoonerthan48hoursafterapplicationbutbefore30daysafterapplicationsothatexcessretroreflectiveoptics,suchasglassspheres,arenolongerpresent.1.4Theassessmenttechniquesinthispracticearebasedonbestpracticesanddesignedtoprovidethreelevelsofconfidenceintermsofquantifyingtheretroreflectiveperformanceofmarkings.Eachtechniquerepresentsatradeoffbetweenthenumberofmeasurementsandtheconfidenceoftheretroreflectiveperformanceofthemarkingsunderstudy.1.5Thispracticecanbeusedbyagenciesasisormaybecustomizedtomeetanagencyx2019;sspecificneeds.Whereapplicable,thepracticedescribesareaswheredifferentassumptionscouldbemade,whichwouldimpactthesamplingneedsandtheconfidencelevelsoftheresults.Whendeviationsfromthispracticearemade,theyshallbedocumentedinthetestreport.Note18212;Whenmeasuringnewlyinstalledpavementmarkings,thereareseveralfactorsthatcontributetoerroneousvaluesformeasurementsmadewithinashorttimeafterapplication,sucha......

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfunctionsforusingapacketnetworkthatusestheInternetProtocol(IP)asitsnetworklayerprotocolandUDPandTCPasitstransportlayerprotocols,tointerconnecttwoPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)formingpartofaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).Interconnectionisachievedbycarryingtheinter-PINXsignallingprotocoldirectlyovertheTransmissionControlProtocol(TCP)andinter-PINXuserinformation(e.g.,voice)overtheReal-timeTransportProtocol(RTP),RTPbeingcarriedovertheUserDatagramProtocol(UDP).Theinter-PINXsignallingprotocolisassumedtobeQSIG,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,ISO/IEC11582andotherInternationalStandards.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesfortwotypesofinterconnection:—on-demand,whereaseparateTCPconnectionforQSIGisestablishedatthestartofeachcallandcleareddownattheendofthatcall;and—semi-permanent,whereasingleTCPconnectionwithanindefinitelifetimecarriesQSIGonbehalfofmanysinglecalls.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXsthatcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPISNusingQSIGastheinter-PINXsignallingprotocol.
